PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: Applies to all products marketed and sold by Jubilee Soaps
Always test a small area before using our product for the first time. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and seek medical attention.
Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease(s).
You (the consumer) agree to hold harmless, Jubilee Soaps (all affiliates, owners, or partners) from and/or against all loss, claims, demands, actions, cause of actions, liabilities, damages, fines, expenses, costs, and third party actions or costs arising out of, resulting from, or in anyway connected with (whole or in part) an adverse reactions from any one or collection of our products.

A: Restocks are typically three times a month.
When I have a date, I announce it here on the site, our social medias, and through email if you are subscribed to our newsletter. If I did not announce a date that means I do not have one yet - stay tuned.
A: Yes! The Rose Clay Soap Donut, Milk and Honey, and Body Butters are all great for children with any skin type or skin conditions. I have some kids before and after pictures on my Instagram as well.
A: No. Your purchase of Jubilee Soaps is for your own personal usage. By purchasing you are agreeing not to resell or distribute.
A: Currently processing time is 5-7 business days.
A: No, I ship everything.
A: I ship to US and territories, Canada, the Caribbean/West Indies, UK and most parts of Africa. Prices can range from $7 to around $20 USD for shipping- depending on your countries couriers.
You can double check by preparing a "fake order" in my shop and continue until you are able to enter your shipping information. That will give you a total cost for your location, according to the weight of what you would like to purchase, so you can make a more informed decision about shipping rates.
We encourage you to educate yourself about extra VAT or customs charges applied within your country.
Many international customers may need to pay these extra fees before they can receive their parcels. Be aware so that you are not caught off-guard by extra charges, or end up having your parcel returned to us because it sat too long "unclaimed" at your local postal service office.
A: I don’t combine orders , if someone orders two different times they’ll receive two separate packages.
A: It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is typed correctly. This includes apartment/flat numbers, zip codes, etc.
If a mistake has been made, please notify me ASAP via email so I can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to me, I can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected. However if it has been lost in the postal system due to typing in a wrong address, then I can’t do anything on my part.
